Antileak bamboo barbecue charcoal is produced with special process. It is fire resistant, poisonless and smokeless, easily ignitable with strong fire. Its burning time could be 4-5 hours. It is used for outdoor barbecue and self-service barbecue, for tea heating, making roast ginseng, roast duck, roast chicken and roast gluten, etc.

Compared with traditional Chinese charcoal:

1. The first-generation charcoal in China: wood charcoal

Wood charcoal is made by traditional process “firing in a dry kiln”. This process requires certain size of raw material, mainly use natural wood and firewood as material. And its production period is long and discontinues. It normally takes5-15 days to finish production per kiln. Moreover, it is difficult to control the quality, mostly depends on the experience of master worker, and spillage of material is big during this process. The most important, it is smoking badly when start firing, cause big pollution on local environment.

Machine-made charcoal is extrusion formed in high-temperature by equipment, then fired inhigh-temperature kiln for more than 7 days. The temperature of kiln is manual controlled.

3.  The third-generation charcoal: Shaped charcoal

The senior bamboo charcoal is produced with new technology, through several processes including mixing, rolling, shaping and drying, etc, using pure bamboo charcoal powder made by continuous high-temperature carbonized machine supplied by FuJian Tentrolly Bioenergy Equipment Co., Ltd.

Based on our continuous-working charcoal powder coking machine with large output, our team of research and development developed a charcoal powder shaping machine which suits our production model, made a progress to improve traditional process of making charcoal rod.

High-temperature pyrolytic equipment (organismsteam charcoal oven) work under the principle of auto-controlled, continuous burning and slow pyrolysis, can make all kinds of agricultural and forest residues into environment-friendly charcoal powder, namely organism charcoal. The full production procedure is totally environment-friendly, without carbon exhaust or even make it a negative value of carbon exhaust. Such new type of production process to make charcoal powder first then shape it into rods has advantages as below:
